These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bq999 ("bq999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bq999.bio. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the bq999 platform, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, gameplay, promotions, withdrawals, and customer communications.

• Single Account: You do not hold and will not create more than one (1) bq999 account. Each individual person is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be consolidated or closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Own Identity: You are registering and playing using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of a third party, using fictitious identities, or providing false registration information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not a Professional Advantage Player: You are not using the platform in a professional capacity exploiting system errors, unauthorised software, or coordination with other players to gain unfair advantage over the platform or other users.

To access bq999's full suite of gaming products, you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge and requires provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change.

During registration, bq999 will collect your mobile telephone number, a password of your choosing, and confirmation of your age eligibility. You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading in any respect. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bq999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bq999 will never request your password under any circumstances. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bq999 customer support immediately.

bq999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, during active play, and prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

bq999 accepts deposits from Pakistani players exclusively through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bq999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

bq999 reserves the right to decline any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Third-party funding of accounts is not permitted. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time for any available real-money balance, subject to the conditions set out in this section. bq999 processes standard withdrawal requests via the same payment channels used for deposits. Withdrawals are processed to the same account or wallet that originated the relevant deposit, wherever technically possible.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to four (4) hours of submission during operational hours. Withdrawals submitted during periods of high transaction volume or during system maintenance windows may experience additional processing time. VIP-tier account holders are subject to enhanced withdrawal processing SLAs as specified in their VIP programme terms.

bq999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing on any account until satisfactory identity verification has been completed, including on accounts that reach defined withdrawal volume thresholds. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawals are requested. Verification requests must be responded to within fourteen (14) days or the withdrawal request may lapse.

The minimum withdrawal amount on bq999 is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and must be accumulated before a withdrawal request is eligible for submission.

bq999 offers a range of promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the individual promotional terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits at bq999 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in individual promotion terms.
• Validity Periods: All bonuses and promotional credits carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance not wagered before the stated expiry date will be forfeited without recourse.
• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any interruption to a gaming session, the result of the affected round may be voided at bq999's discretion and any stakes for the affected round refunded to the player's account balance. bq999's decision regarding malfunction outcomes is final and binding. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

bq999 maintains disconnection protection protocols. Where a player is disconnected during an active gaming round, the game will, in most cases, complete according to the certified game rules without requiring the player's further input. The result upon reconnection represents the final outcome of the affected round. bq999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues originating on the player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bq999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following conducts will have their account immediately suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and may be subject to reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Any attempt to defraud bq999 or other users of the platform through dishonest means, including chargeback fraud, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Money Laundering: Use of the bq999 platform to launder money, conceal the origin of funds, or facilitate any transaction that may constitute a money laundering offence under applicable law. bq999 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating or communicating with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, coordinated Baccarat betting, or any other form of game manipulation.
• Automated Play: Use of robots, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to interact with bq999 games in place of, or in conjunction with, human play.
• Match Fixing: Any involvement in the fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the bq999 sportsbook. bq999 cooperates fully with relevant sporting bodies and law enforcement in relation to integrity investigations.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your bq999 account. Each account is a personal account and must be operated solely by the registered holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bq999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy or distribute any platform content; (b) modify, create derivative works from, or adapt any platform content; (c) use the bq999 name, logo, or trademarks for any purpose without prior written authorisation; or (d) sublicence, sell, or otherwise transfer any of your licence rights to any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bq999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bq999 platform, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not bq999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, bq999's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your bq999 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bq999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. bq999 makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or information available on the platform. Gameplay outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and/or live physical processes — bq999 does not warrant or guarantee any particular result or profit from gaming activity.

bq999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Evidence of underage gambling or false identity registration.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus credits, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at bq999's discretion. Where closure occurs for reasons other than player breach (e.g., regulatory reasons), the real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to verification requirements.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the bq999 platform, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: The player must first contact bq999 customer support via live chat or by written communication addressed to support @ bq999.bio (plain text, no mailto link). You agree that any claim or dispute against bq999 must be brought within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this limitation period will not be entertained.

bq999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, where such amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Where material changes are made, bq999 will endeavour to notify registered account holders via the email address or phone number registered on their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform website, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bq999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bq999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that is not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits bq999's right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any jurisdiction where bq999 considers it necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including in relation to intellectual property infringement, fraud, or breach of confidentiality obligations.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
